PNEUMATIC PLATFORMS
FOR SHOT BLASTING BOOTHS

AirStrokeHD - pneumatic platform for blasting and sandblasting booths

AirStrokeHD is a specialized three-axis pneumatic platform from G-Lift, designed to work in the extremely harsh conditions found in the blasting process. The unit allows for up/down, in/out and along-cab movement, giving the operator full maneuverability and maximum productivity.

Designed from the ground up for environments with large amounts of shot, dust and debris, the AirStrokeHD platform is equipped with special guards and reinforced mechanisms to ensure long and trouble-free operation.

Work platform for extreme conditions

The AirStrokeHD platform uses drives reinforced against paint versions, which translates into reliability even during intensive use. Innovative systems such as an openwork floor, a special lower cage cover and rubber guards - protect components from shot, dust and mechanical damage.

Thanks to its mounting on the cabin wall, the platform does not block access to the floor gratings and allows the installation of shot collection systems directly against the walls.

Durability and reliability in harsh environments

AirStrokeHD is a heavy-duty work platform, every component of which has been adapted to work in aggressive sandblasting and blasting environments. The platform uses components from recognized global suppliers, which guarantees the highest quality workmanship, safety and long life.

Are you looking for an work platform for a shotblasting plant or sandblasting booth AirStrokeHD is a proven solution for the most demanding industrial plants.

Advantages of pneumatic platforms
for blasting booths

  • Pneumatic platforms allow the operator to smoothly adjust the working position.
  • The ability to adjust the position of the platform according to the height of the operator and the activity being performed eliminates the need to bend, reach, or climb a ladder, which significantly affects the comfort and safety of work.
  • The pneumatic platforms are equipped with an openwork anti-slip floor, ensuring stability and safety during the work performer.
  • The cage barriers on AirStroke HD pneumatic platforms that protect the operator from falling can be equipped with solutions that provide unhindered access to even the lowest parts of the workpiece being cleaned.
  • A cage lift control located on the mast allows the cage to be placed in the up position for unobstructed passage in the cab.

  • The easy maneuverability of the platform makes it easy to reach all parts of the object to be cleaned, allowing for thorough cleaning of all surfaces.
  • The ability to precisely adjust the height of the platform allows for optimal adjustment of the distance between the operator and the object to be cleaned, which affects the efficiency of the blasting process.

  • Pneumatic platforms reduce the risk of the operator falling, which significantly affects the safety of work in the blasting booth.
  • AirStroke pneumatic platforms are equipped with an emergency return of the cage to its initial position, which allows the platform to be lowered smoothly even if the compressed air supply fails.
  • The anti-collision system prevents the basket from lowering into an obstacle, which reduces the risk of damage to the platform and the workpiece.
  • The pneumatic platform is easy to clean to maintain optimal working conditions.

  • Inflatable platforms are available in a variety of sizes and configurations, allowing them to be tailored to individual needs and the specifics of work in the cab.
  • The ability to install additional accessories, such as tool holders, lighting, and a removable front railing, further enhances the platform's functionality.

  • Pneumatic platforms are an investment for years to come, so productivity, precision, as well as work safety will be significantly increased.
  • Reducing costs associated with work accidents and improving product quality are additional benefits of pneumatic platforms.
  • All of the drives used in AirStroke pneumatic platforms have the highest energy efficiency rating, which helps minimize the carbon footprint of the plant where they are used.
  • AirStroke pneumatic platforms are built with the highest quality components, which translates into fewer required service and spare parts, allowing to minimize the amount of waste generated and their negative impact on the environment.
  • A high MTBF ensures that AirStorke platforms are in constant working order.
In summary, pneumatic platforms for blasting booths are a solution that provides a number of benefits, both for the operator and the entire plant. They increase comfort and safety, affect productivity and precision, and make it easier to service the cabin.
